Michael commenced to practice in 1978. Since then he has come to specialise in residential and commercial property transactions advising commercial and private clients.
Commercial clients include both small and medium enterprises, ranging from builders and developers to industry, agriculture and fishing.
He advises private clients on land and conveyancing transactions, Powers of Attorney, wills, probate and administration of estates.
Henry also qualified as a solicitor in 1978. He has extensive experience in all areas of litigation for commercial and private clients.
He advises and represents commercial clients on land disputes, professional negligence, landlord and tenant matters, human resources and commercial transactions.
He represents private clients of the practice in the District, Circuit and High Courts for matters including road traffic accidents, fatal injuries, medical negligence, family law cases and also advises them on probate and estate planning.
